Customs, duties and taxes
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Returning a product is always possible by sending the item(s) back to us. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will come up with a suitable solution. Always report a complaint before returning the item(s) to us. Then we can look for a suitable solution and possibly arrange a return label for you. When requesting a return or exchange, please be aware of the following information.
Orders can be returned within a period of 14 days, starting from the moment you receive your order;
Item(s) should be clean and unworn, all tags and dust bag(s) must still be present;
The costs of returning an order are at your own expense if the items are damaged or opened.

We aim to process all returns within 3 business days after receiving them. You will receive a final confirmation when your refund has been issued or when your exchange has been shipped. Please allow a couple of days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.
