How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

All orders placed before 4 pm (CET) will be dispatched the same working day. For an overview of estimated delivery times, see the diagrams on our shipping page. Once you’ve placed an order, more accurate delivery information will be communicated at the checkout.

Incorrect adress and undelivered parcels

In case you ordered a parcel to the wrong address, the package will be returned to us. Once received and refunded, you can re-order the item(s). Please note that the shipping fee to redirect is not refundable.

Do you ship to my country?

How can I return my online order?

Returning a product is always possible by sending the item(s) back to us. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will come up with a suitable solution. Always report a complaint before returning it to us. Then we can look for a suitable solution and possibly arrange a return label for you. When requesting a return or exchange, please be aware of the following information. View our return conditions. Have you received a damaged or incorrectly delivered product? Please contact our customer service and we will try to solve it for you as soon as possible. Our customer service can be reached via info@club24fashion.com or our contact form. Always report a complaint before returning it to us. Then we can arrange a return label for you.

I've returned my order, when can expect the return payment?

The full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the return. Have you not received your money back after 10 working days? Please contact our customer service.

I'm not sure what size I should choose.

The Freedom Fit is slightly oversized (relaxed fit). To pair the T-shirt with your business outfit we recommend to choose one size smaller than your normal size in case you prefer a more fitted look. This ofcourse is a matter of personal preference. The first time you put on your brand new CLUB 24 Freedom Fit Tee, in some cases, the neck can feel a bit tight. Just like a pair of jeans. Within an hour of wearing them, they feel and look like they should: comfortable without giving in on style. For any questions contact our customer service, we're here to help.

Do I need an account to place an order?

On the check-out page you can choose weather you’d like to make an account or not. Having an account makes it easier to follow your orders.

What's the best way to wash my Club24 product?

All of our products are made of high quality cotton fabrics. The best way to take care of your favourite cloths is to wash them safely. The initial water temperature should not exceed 30C or 65F to 85F. Other tips that keep your items looking at their best:
  • Wash inside out
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Iron at low temperature
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean

How can I delete my account or data?

Simply send us and email on info@club24fashion.com with your information and we will handle it straight away.

I have a question, what should I do?

Contact customer service. Keep your invoice and order number at hand so that we can help you as soon as possible. In case of a complaint, always report it before returning it to us. Then we can look for a suitable solution and possibly arrange a return label for you.
